new flags:

StealthCloakedFlag - invisible on radar and window
ArmageddonFlag - Super shockwave 2x normal radius
DeathBallFlag - kills all within small shockwave
BounceFlag - tank bounces endlessly
SlowFireFlag - shots fire slow but travel far
DeathFlag - die the instant you grab it

This version will NOT interplay with released versions

The X server just wont startup on my Windows 2000 machine.
