Summary: Cleanup playing.cxx

Initial Comment:
Patch which moves most rendering code out of
playing.cxx into playing_render.cxx.  This helps
cleanup playing.cxx by reducing its size from 6767
lines to 5492 lines.  It groups together related code
and makes playing.cxx more focused and less cluttered.

This patch has been tested and doesn't introduce any
new problems.
