Biomolecule ToolKit (BTK) Core 0.8 released

The Biomolecule ToolKit (BTK) is a library for modeling biological macromolecules such as proteins, DNA and RNA. It provides a C++ interface for common tasks in computational structural biology to facilitate and standardize the development of molecular modeling, design and analysis tools.

This release represents an almost complete rewrite and reorganization of the core stable classe in the Biomolecule Toolkit. Included are template classes for representing atoms, simple molecules, polymers, and multi-molecule systems, along with PDB-formatted I/O, type-ID/name mapping, and many mathematical routines and algorithms that are useful for molecular modelling.... read more
