This looks great, nice work.  I do have a few comments, corrections, recommendations -- how to provide them?  In summary form with numbers to discuss, they are:

1) description: recommend removing CSG ref
2) abstract: not consecutive
3) abstract: doc camp?
4) audience: not novice?
5) prereqs: sounds like you're going to explain code and VCS?
6) recommend covering statistics (before/during/after participation and year-over-year)
7) recommend highlighting some outcomes
