Hi Harmanpreet!  That's looking to be a very decent proposal, but there are several points that don't seem to be addressed yet.  I'd suggest reading http://brlcad.org/wiki/Summer_of_Code/Application_Guidelines and including the missing bits of information.  On the technical side, I'd like to see more details on the architecture you're proposing (structurally what does this look like, perhaps a diagram) and development milestones+timeline is a necessity for gauging how long you think portions will take you.
