[brlcad-devel] step class library - AUTHORS file

I would like to have a list of people who committed changes to SCL in the
BRL-CAD repository as well as their handles, so I can credit them in the
AUTHORS file. If you want an email address included (obfuscated or
otherwise), I'll need that too.
