Category: None Group: release 7.12 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Michiel Helmes (michiel1304) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: exporting to vrml Initial Comment: Hi, I am trying to export my drawings to a vmrl format. The export with the command below works in principle, but the output is on the the terminal, not in a file. Using the tutorial, I have not been able to figure out how to export it to a file. What is the appropriate way to export it to a file? Thanks, bash-3.2$ /usr/brlcad/rel-7.12.2/bin/g-vrml cell.g lid4.r Thanks! Have you tried that? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Tom Browder (tbrowder2) Date: 2009-09-18 12:00 Message: Under bash try this: g-vrml 1> cell.vrml 2> cell2vrml.stderr The vrml code goes to stdout and the log and errors go to stderr, hence the redirection into the appropriate file. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=640803&aid=2861483&group_id=105292 |
