I am writing an application where I need an N-dimensional array with support for slicing. The Blitz++ library seems to be perfect for this approach. However, I have the following problem: I do not know the number of dimensions of my array on declaration time and it seems that all Blitz++ array constructors require this. My question is therefore: Is it possible to declare a Blitz++ array and define/or change the number of dimensions (the shape) at run-time? Or do you know of other array libraries with support for this? Sincerely Martin Paluszewski, Ph.D. -- University of Copenhagen, Bioinformatics Centre |
