I started with an LG-VX8100 phone working perfectly with Bitpim 0.9.x, hosted on WinXP SP2 with an Actiontec BTM200B Bluetooth adapter setup as COM5 and exporting the Calendar and Contacts from MS Outlook 2003 to Bitpim. I replaced the phone with an LG-VX8350 in order to get the Bluetooth hands free profile. So I upgraded to Bitpim 1.0.5 and in general everything syncs, although after sending the phonebook or calendar to the VX8350 it is necessary to manually reboot the phone a second time in order to re-establish Bluetooth communications. The problem I am now having is that the VX8350 only displays the appointments that are recurring. No non-recurring appointments are displayed on the phone. I tried clearing the appointments in the phone and doing the whole sync operation again, but it did not help. Bitpim itself does show ALL appointments (recurring and non-recurring) but the phone does not. I have searched extensively but have not found a mention of or solution to this problem. I have saved the LOG and PROTOCOL log for a single overwriting send of the calendar to the phone, but the protocol log is too large to attach to this message. I see what looks like all of my appointments in the protocol log, with the recurring ones apparently sent first. I appreciate any help I can get, and can send the protocol log to interested developers.
