Roger, Thanks for the input, the link for the phonebook issue didn't work, but I will try it again later. I understand the problem with the snd files, Simon pointed out what the phone is trying to sync isn't there, so it is confused. Simon, I would love to go to the phone and delete, but the phone crashes and reboots whenever I try to access that area. So ..... in review, I am unable to fix this with BitPim 8.08 and I can't fix it with the phone manually, what can I do?? Do I download BitPim10 and try to use that to fix my snd files?
