You should use the new release 0.7.12. The decoy sequence names have been changed. I have checked the decoy sequences d6, and they looks like: >> decoy30308 >> 247_1301641196:1613083771_2016_0_2016_F >> decoy30309 142_203865404:1354296682_2011_0_2011_F >> decoy30310 181_1357288030:1033953800_2009_0_2009_R >> decoy30311 gbk_AC240239.3_36758_16564_18570_R >> decoy30312 043_1544346781:637662444_2003_0_2003_R >> decoy30313 040_2066170256:959401755_2001_0_2001_R > > while “gbk_AC240239.3_36758_16564_18570_R” looks like gene bank AC240239.3, and the later fields are likely length, location, strand, etc. I am not sure what are "247_1301641196:1613083771” or "142_203865404:1354296682” mean. It looks like a three digit id followed by ranges. My question is “Are these ids internal id you used to build the decoy and how could I recover which sequences they were generated from? “ Thanks. > > Best, > Zhenyu > > This email is intended only for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged and confidential.
