[Bio-bwa-help] Problem with large databases

Hi,

I am trying to index a large database of ~ 7GB using bwa.

I am getting segmentation fault.

bwa index -a is BWA2.fas
[bwa_index] Pack FASTA... 292.12 sec
[bwa_index] Construct BWT for the packed sequence...
Segmentation fault


Please help me in this regard.
