Once you have got a working perl2exe with ActivePerl, and a working bash you can install Big Sister from source, most simply on a Unix/Linux box like make DEST=/tmp/bigsis EXEC=/bigsis Then copy /tmp/bigsis into C:\bigsis of your Windows box. Copy the makebinary script as well. Now start a shell (bash), change directory to /bigsis and run makebinary. If you are lucky you should end up with a compiled Big Sister version after a while.
