[bidwatcher-devel] German Translation

Hi

Finally I've had the time to sit down and make a german translation for
the current bidwatcher. All strings are translated but some fine tuning
may be needed. I'll be able to revise my translations once I can really
work with bidwatcher on my FreeBSD Box.

I've attached the german po file.
