Simon, I am a bit confused. I am not familiar with the process you are using to sign. You should be able to just put your sigtool.csk, sigtool.db files into the bin directory of the JDE and the <sigtool> task should "just work". There is a catch however if you are trying to sign on a unix system. You will need to patch the SignatureTool.jar file, however version 4.6.0 have corrected the issue.
