Hi Zach,

I could release very soon actually.  I guess the main reason I was holding
back was that I was hoping to hear from the folks who were experiencing
crashes with the opensync plugin.  I haven't heard much lately on that.

There are still enough improvements to 0.9 that 0.10 should be released.
I'll aim for early December or sooner.
