A BUGNOTE has been added to this bug. ====================================================================== http://bugs.bacula.org/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=0000518 ====================================================================== Reported By: kbrautig Assigned To: ====================================================================== Project: bacula Bug ID: 518 Category: Director Reproducibility: always Severity: minor Priority: normal Status: new ====================================================================== Date Submitted: 12-23-2005 12:36 PST Last Modified: 12-23-2005 12:46 PST ====================================================================== Summary: A second job that uses the same Pool as a running job does not see any available volumes Description: When starting two concurrent jobs that use the same tape pool the second job does not see that any volumes are available, so bacula requests that a tape be labled. This happens even though there are Appendable volumes in the correct pool and of the correct media type. The first job continues to run okay. ====================================================================== ---------------------------------------------------------------------- kbrautig - 12-23-2005 12:46 PST ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I have double checked... if you beging two jobs (one right after the other) and the jobs use different tape Pools then both jobs run okay.
