[Bacula-devel] two link errors on latest git windows build

Two link errors when building under Windows against the latest git
sources. The first is just a symbol missing from bacula32.def ('scuse
the line wrapping but probably easier to apply manually anyway):

The second I'm not so sure about... it seems that btape.c calls
fixup_device_block_write_error with a single parameter when it expects
two... stored/protos.h defines a default for the second parameter, but
maybe the windows linker doesn't like it?
