Currently the only possibility I see is to have a "Run Before"-entry with 
the bacula-job. In that job (shell-script?) you scan the directories "by 
hand", not by using some bacula features.

Unless you return with a value greaten than zero, the bacula-job will be 
executed.

Maybe the usage of some external filter, used for whatever, would be a
