I reran the tests. Only restore2-by-file-test failed.  This is a 
false negative I'm sure:

diff: /usr/home/dan/src/BaculaRegressionTesting/tmp/bacula-

I think that should be service.cpp, not winservice.cpp.  I manually 
amended scripts/flist and I'm rerunning the tests.  :)
