[Bacula-beta] Bacula SVN tags/Beta-2.1.8 is now ready

Hello,

I have just made the Beta-2.1.8 commit, which is currently in the trunk (which 
will change after the next developer commit), and is also in tags/Beta-2.1.8.
Although I have a few final tests to undergo (build from export from the 
SVN, ...).  This looks like it will be what I officially release -- probably 
tomorrow.
