The one that seems like it may be a problem is the case where you want to make an archival copy of a job for off-site storage. In that case, you may still want to restore from the original, on-site set of backup tapes. The other thought I has was "What if you migrate a previously migrated job?", but the off-site copy scenario above is the only case I can think of where there'd be a need to restore from other than the latest backup. -- John Kodis. |
