File::RsyncP is not fully compatible with BackupPC CVS.  I will release
a new version of File::RsyncP that works with both BackupPC 2.0.x and
provides the new features for BackupPC CVS.

I'll email you the new File::RsyncP via separate email.  I'd be happy
to do this for anyone else who wants to try BackupPC CVS, since I
expect to release BackupPC 2.1.0beta0 soon and any feedback before this
would be great.  If you don't use rsync then BackupPC CVS should be ok
to try as is.
