This is what im running: Backup Server: Gentoo 1.4 backuppc 2.0.2 perl 5.8.0 File-RsyncP 0.44 OpenSSH 3.6.1p2 rsync 2.5.6 Win Clients: OpenSSH 3.7.1p2 Rsync 2.5.6 Might try upgrading rsync on both client/server see if that makes a difference.
