Have you tried "/"? Also, you could use the web interface to restore the backup. If you really want to generate a tar archive it might be better to do this on the command line to avoid things like browser timeouts. > It is wise to use only one share? You can break machines up in multiple backups, so individual backups will take less time, but of course you'll need to run more backups.
