All you need is rsyncd. Grab rsyncd for windows from the backuppc site, configure a setup to suit and install it as a service. It easy to setup. Then just use a script from the linux box to rsync files/folders across. In most cases i will create a disaster recovery iso image on the linux box, and possibly a tar backup of data. Both in a directory. Then rsync across to a windows box as a backup. Regards, Les |
