#1764 0x800704ec - http error 402.2 on a fresh install of AWStats

Hi All,

Having spent a considerable amount of time getting AWStats installed, I think I have success with the configuration. The only trouble I have now is I get an IIS "HTTP Error 402.2 - Not Found error" when attempting to view the site in the browser. The error code is 0x800704ec.

This is an Win 2008 R2 X64 based server with IIS 7.5 and researching the errors everything seems to indicate it is something to do with X32/X64 issues in the configuration etc...
Some details in my research on this error point me back to configuration in the the CGI, but i'm at a bit of a loose end now.

Any suggestions someone can give me as to where I went wrong?
I mainly used the fantastic document from Marek Stankala as a guide to get me going.
