#773 Using a configuration file

Hi

I'ld like to know whether using a configuration file is relevant or not (using an external file would allow awstats without loosing every customization).

One of the customization would be to allow from within AWSTats to use a project directory different from the default ones.
There's a specific parameter "-configdir=" for the command line, but that feature cannot be specified when using a web browser (making the command line parameter unsable in my opinion).

This could also be used to set the lib folder, default language and so on...
