#729 User-specified report time periods

I figure this has already been requested at least once ...

Really useful features:

Ability to specify year/month/day/hour in the report pull downs - not just months.

Ability to specify custom time periods for reports.

I figure that now it's possible to specify different databasebreak periods, would it not be now simpler to simply create stat files in the lowest common denominator unit of timeslice (i.e hour) and create day/month/year reports on the fly from there? This would more easily facilitate custom report periods too.
It's also a bind currently having to generate stats for month/day/hour separately and not in a single run.
