    Hi!
I got some strange results on my reports.
While having over 1 Million pages and 3 Million hits, awstats only reports 1
    (one!) unique visitor:

Does anybody know how to fix that?
What info do I have to provide to help someone to figure it out?
    Kind regards, Simon

What version are you using? Is your log format correctly setup? What server
    are you using?

    Simon,

I'm having a similar problem. Were you able to fix yours?

No, not yet. I'm still searching for an answer.

    Hi,

This can happen when your infrastructure forces your visitors to pass through
a reverse proxy or a firewall or another device/software. In these cases, all
visits seem to come from the intermediate device.

AWStats supports the use of the Apache field %{X-Forwarded-For}i which
contains the real IP address of the visitor.
