#763 wrong android os icon and url

The current icon in the cvs tree for the Android OS (wwwroot/icon/os) is an Google Chrome icon.
Attached is an Android icon.

You should also change the URL on the operating systems detail page
from: http://code.google.com/android/
to: http://www.android.com/
as this is the main android site.
