#14 Install update not completing

Hi Thomas

Whilst trying to get AVR plugin going again under new Helios release, installing from either the update site or the P2 archive I get:

Cannot complete the request. See the error log for details.
"AVR Eclipse Plugin" will be ignored because it is already installed.

The de.innot* files have been removed from the plugin directory and any obvious files removed. Is there a way of forcing a reinstall / setup. There is no AVR button or options with the IDE - ie. it isn't currently installed in any useable manor.

Hi Carl,

what does the error log say? (Help -> About Eclipse ->
Installation Details -> Configuration -> View Error Log)

Also, maybe starting Eclipse from the command line with the additional parameter '-clean' might help. It cleans and rebuilds the internal plugin 'registry'.
