Either "import avogadro; avogadro.startgui(); avogadro.display(myOBMol)" or as am currently doing with pymol (you need to start it with the -R option) "import xmlrpclib; s = xmlrpclib.Server("http://localhost:9123"); s.loadfile("myfile")" - Noel |
