#93 Use GDI+ for text drawing

MS GDI+ provides a much enhanced text drawing facilities compared to the current method.

It has:

* Built-in antialising, much better than the 2x super sampling. This also incude Cleartype for LCDs.

* Bounding rects for text.

* Advanced alignment properties.

* Speed?

There should be a possibility for fast text updates, for filters that update text every frame.

We should look into compatebility issues with Win 2000, since it might not be installed on the system though.
