#1314 autoplot servlet thin client double load, other issues

The Autoplot servlet will load the initial URI twice. This might just be clutter and some overhead, but it needs to be cleaned up sometime and may be causing other issues.

Also, I noticed when trying to use aggregation the templates are sent to the server. For example, http://www.sarahandjeremy.net/~jbf/1wire/data/$Y/0B000800408DD710.$Y$m$d.d2s&timerange=2007-01-03 causes the error in its logs:
File does not exist: /home/jbf/public_html/1wire/data/2007/0B000800408DD710.$Y$m$d.d2s
File does not exist: /home/jbf/public_html/1wire/data/$Y

Further, there is no error feedback when there is a problem, the busy spinner is left spinning.
