Hello,

I'm new, and I tried to used Audiere on MacOsX but I could not.
So I made a patch to support the PortAudio Library and now it
works. I put the PortAudio Library as a device, I know it's ugly...
But it works on MacOsX... (And I'm sorry again, it's my first patch...)
