I believe it should be logged only once

Another example of similar problem: the mail report from sourceforge when I made the above post got repeated 25 times in sequence:
Sep-16-14 00:39:35 id-38774-01563 21.34.18.168 noreply@sender.net to: user@assddomain.com IP 21.34.18.168 (21.34.18.168/32) matches noProcessingIPs;

all 25 repeats with the same timestamp

reduce the loglevel for 'SSLLog' to standard
switch off 'ipmatchLogging'
