Set up the connectors and segments. This is a part that
is required for later world development. It gets
exposed to map designer because it has a current
potential to be of interest to map designer as it
offers a "teleport" capacity and because automatic
connector detection is both very complex and depends on
multi-grid environment.

Connectors and segments are not magic windows. A player
coming close to it is not presented with the view of
what to expect on the other side. The primary goal of
connectors is to be a transparent mechanism to
associate 2 grids in a multi-grid environment. In this
context, the 2 grids will be rendered side by side. The
teleportation capacity is an abuse of it, none the less
interesting.

This feature will add 2 items to the map format. the
