#8 cosmetic fixes for the connection widget

The attached patch
* fixes the alignment and text of the servertype_label
* sets the climb rate of the timeout_spinbutton to 1 (didn't work for me anyway and is silly)
* fixes timeout_spinbuttons vertical padding

for an even shinier connection widget :)
