If I try to do a download from my local Apache 2.2 https site, it seems to get stuck 60-95% through receiving a 2G file from a local site (using localhost interface). I can't kill the process with cntrl-c and have to kill it with 'killall -9 aria2c'. 'wget' does the download correctly and terminates, and is about 3 times faster, but it of course doesn't support downloading from multiple sites, etc.
Let me know if I can provide any more info...

I should mention that this is v1.8.0 on ubuntu 10.04, from ubuntu packages. The download seems to work (in virtualbox) for freebsd 8.1, aria2 v 1.10, and Gentoo 1.9.3. So, this may just be a problem with the Ubuntu version. Closing!
