#218 relocate destination when loading backup configuration

It would be nice to be able to redefine (automatically ?) paths when loading the backup configuration files. Since having to load the backup configuration files usually happens after some fairly major pb (crash, reinstall, etc.), the paths to the backups are susceptible to change (It also happened to me while I was trying to load with linux some areca backup created with windows).

It might be interesting (but should be optional) to update the repository paths with the path to the backup configuration file.

Of course, the xml can be manually edited...
