Daniel, Maybe this will help: http://aquaterm.sourceforge.net/index.shtml?page=d3 I guess you just add export GNUTERM=aqua to your ~/.profile or ~/.bash_profile It tells you how to set AquaTerm to be the default terminal for gnuplot.
