[Apbs-users] Problems running APBS with pymol

Hello all,
I have the latest pymol installed (1.2r3pre) and am unable to get APBS to run properly. I generate a pqr file internally (with pymol) and externally with the same 'Does pymol-generated.dx exist?' error. Any advice would be appreciated.
