I haven't seen one in cpptasks, yet. But due to the XML-nature of both,
the .vcproj files of MSVC 7.1 and the build.xml files of Ant/cpptasks,
you could possibly easily develop an XSLT-stylesheet to transform the
Microsoft project to an Ant project.
