[Amsn-lang] 0.96 RC1 is out

Hello everyone,

For those of you who haven't been waching amsn-devel, aMSN 0.96 RC1 is
ready, tagged, and currently being packaged. This means that 0.96
final will be out really soon, and that no new language keys will be
added to it. So, if you have any missing keys, finish them and send
them now!
