[Amsn-lang] Translation for amsn installer

Hola everyone!

We are in the process of translating the installer package used for Alvaro's
messenger. So far we have Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese done and German
in the works. 

We would like to know if people are interested in helping translate it into
other languages. Let me know and I can send you the text file to translate
(about 100 entries)
