I remember seeing your GUI, but was never able to test since I have no matlab. It was your creation that gave me the idea of creating my own. It would be great if we could merge the functionality; be warned however: I do not have that much of programming experience. Also I have the final exam of my current course in neuroscience next week, so I probably won't be able to spend that much time coding until after that.
