lol, ok ok, I was just giving the idea to avoid people jumping in and saying "hey, I want to see if someone connects as appear offline, and that feature helped me!"... it doesn't bother me to remove it completly!! about your idea Jerome, having a plugin for advanced pref.. that would be so nice, like windows powertools!!! hehe, only problem is... on what event should they work, and how ? what I would think about is having an advanced preference, unavailable to the "common user" (like a special powertools_configlist, that would be INSIDE amsn.. and the powertools plugin would use that configlist as if it was his own! ) and the plugin configuration would allow to channge such advanced preferences... it would be a mix between a core feature and a plugin ... what do you think ?
