#8 Remove libraries from scaffold view

I'd like to be able to exclude certain libraries from the scaffold view. It would be good to have a checkbox next to the libraries much like the Mate Types can be (de)selected.

For example, I have a load of illumina pe's that I've not linked together using a mates file and I'd like to eclude them from cluttering the display along with the 454 shotguns.
