I suppose you mean, like to let others know that this ip address is bothersome. You would have to submit it to a dnsbl or create your own dnsbl, or find some other method to transfer it to other people. Most people (not saying amavisd people) generally submit it to the spamcop people, for their dnsbl list. I'm not sure what all other dnsbl's take submissions. I run my own dnsbl list for the company I work for.
